Happy Homes is a real estate agency that offers condominiums, apartments and houses for rent in Yangon on a long term basis. Most owners want one year contracts. We also provide Orientation programmes for new staff and their families.
Happy Homes is owned and operated by Aye Myint Myint Aung. Aye Aye is a member of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association. With many expatriates moving to Yangon (formerly Rangoon) Aye Aye started her own agency in 2011 to offer an easier way for expatriates to find houses, apartments, condominiums and offices in Yangon. After several years of negotiation a condominium law has been passed that allows foreigners to buy units in condominiums. There are restrictions. Only units above the 6th floor and up to 40% of units can be foreign owned. However, the situation is still uncertain.
