Home Finding Real Estate / Property Service
As part of its service Happy Homes will help clients move in to their new home and take photographs to show the condition at the time of taking possession. This will help in case there are any issues at the end of the contract.
Our service includes:
- Discussion of requirements and identification of suitable properties
- Property viewing in our air conditioned car
- Preparation of contracts
- Check on ownership
- Assistance checking when taking possession
- Liaison with the owner in the first few days after moving in and occasional liaison with owner for the duration of the contract. General assistance as required.
This service is normally available on a commission basis. We are also happy to offer a fixed fee Home Search and Orientation Service.
