Fees and Terms

The usual practice in Myanmar for agents is to charge a fee equivalent to one month rent.  The renter uses a renter side agent and the owners use an user side agent.  Obviously the renter side is trying to reduce the rent for the renter and ensure that everything works efficiently for the renter.  The owner side broker is working for the owner.   If you wish to see a wide range of properties to match your requirements we need to be charging the standard commission which in many cases we need share with our network.   We also offer a fixed fee based Home Search service.
